Wednesday...Official Day 3

Yesterday, the training session did not happen. The Trainer, Shannon, got called away on a family emergency and could not keep our appointment. I felt an actual let down by that, which is weird, since I really am scared (not scared, but...I really do not know what word to use here) to go to meet with her. Anyway, I went to the gym and did some cardio... anyway. I guess my new motto is "Anyway". Doesn't matter what is going on or how I feel, I need to go to the gym "ANYWAY"! So, I did just that. I rode the bike for 9 miles...but it took 30 minutes today. The preprogrammed workout with hills was different than yesterday and there was no rhyme or reason to the "setup". But, I burned like 175 calories, probably toned something, and have another session at the gym under my belt.

Today, I did not go because my car is back in the shop. I am praying that they get it done so that I can go tomorrow for my rescheduled training appointment. But, I will need to see if I can get an earlier time since I also have to take the dogs to the vet for shots. I lead an exciting life! I may do something here at home, however, I am trying to beat some illness before it beats me...so maybe not. We will see.

I didn't set this up yet...but here is my workout schedule that I have planned in my FitBook. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are all cardio days, Tuesday and Thursdays are my strength training days...unless Shannon has a better suggestion. I am willing to do whatever she says I should do to lose the 25 by Christmas. The weekend are my bonus days where if I go to the gym...it is just "extra credit" really toward my progress.

I took my measurements yesterday and PHOTOS! EEK!!! I may post them here...I may not. Maybe at my 30 day mark to check visual progress! But, planned to be scared. (I don't have anyone really following this blog...so I am confident at this time)

Here is praying that the photos are less scary at the end of the month than they are now!

Until Less time...
